Not happy about on line service,not being advised about pick up,wrong products,etc etc

Problems with not being notified to pick up,wrong products,dates etc etc Had to ring next day still not happy.

Heroin in every product

Ive been ill since going buying from woolworths regards peter the orange juice is not oranges the milk is not milk the coffee is not coffee my mum is blind and deaf as a result I am Ill the sugar is not sugar etc

User's recommendation: Don’t buy unless they restock and call it Safeway again we like natural ingredients.

I made an order & paid for it on Friday 14th March, I had to do it that way because the prices were only avail ONLINE You also have to spend a min of $30 to even place an order online, so I do this, I forgot about two units of a product, so I get an email saying I have until MIDNIGHT tonight to amend my order, so I think great I will add these two products to my order as the new two items do no total to $30, I click the track my order button *As there is no link provided to amend your order in the click bait email they send you deceiving you by saying you have until midnight today to amend your order, I cant work out where to go or what to do on their site, so I go to create a new order, it somehow it automatically applied it to my current order that I have already paid for, but now the system has doubled the price!?!?! So going in circles wondering what is going on, so I call them, I sit on hold for 20 mins to speak to an arrogant ignorant person who keeps telling me that in their terms and conditions that they don't have to honour the price and they are now charging me double, I tell him that's not fair, I have already paid for the order, so I ask him to leave my order how it was then and I will just come in tomorrow and pick up my order that I have already paid for, Woolworths have taken the money out of my bank account, he then tells me not possible as in their terms and c's they don't have to honour the prices???? I tell him I have already paid for the order and they should honour it! He keeps talking about it clearly states in their T's & C's, I said well clearly it is not stated as I never seen these terms and told him how confusing it is to add things to an order when there is no link or anything to amend an order nor any warning in the click bait email telling me that they will charge me double to add more items. He kept repeating himself like a robot,I repeatedly had to ask how do we move on from this, and asked him to undo whatever I did and honour the order I paid for 3 days ago, he said he would put me on hold and see if they could fix this for me, he then comes back like 20 secs later (so he didn't speak to anyone) and he then said because I clicked an amend order button that they don't have to honour the prices that I already paid for 3 days ago? I then tell him I want to speak to his supervisor, 3 times I had to ask as he kept repeating his same phrase about their terms and conditions! I said to him this is the last time I am asking and to get me his supervisor, I get someone named George who was as arrogant as the person before him and he said as soon as I click the amend button that they dont and wont honour those prices??? I then tell him no where in the email that woolworths sent me does it say that I will lose the prices I have already paid for, he said it is on their site, I said well clearly I didn't see it so can't you just undo it, clearly no one would amend their order if it meant losing the discounts you recieved? Like really come on! All of this just happened literally now, as soon as I noticed the 100% price increase I called them to fix it, people click on things by accident and their site is buggy! There is no amend order button, I created a new one as I could not see anywhere where the option was to amend the order, their system decided to add it to my order then inflate the prices by 100% - I even googled how to amend their order because it is so unclear on how to do so, there are no instructions in their email, there are no instructions on their site, it is a pure con to mislead and deceive people! George refuses to fix this, & then tells me if I want a refund I have to wait 3-5 business days?!?!?!?! I told him he is about to lose a customer that has been going there for 20 years. He said sorry to see you go, so I hung up on him!!!! That is the kind of people they have training their staff and dealing with complaints? Really Woolworths? This service is an absolute disgrace! I wonder how many customers they have ripped off like this, I have spent thousands of dollars over more than two decades with them, they will NEVER get another cent from me! Yes it is for an order less than $100 but it is the principal of misleading and ripping off consumers topped off with poor customer service that has triggered me to reach out on ALL social media platforms I intend and will post this on every site and I am referring this to the ACCC & Ombudsmen as they are not operating in an open and honest manner, they are clearly deceiving people, it's alright for them to make errors in their pricing that we have to accept, yet first time mistakes with them they treat you like nothing and show you no respect or empathy! I AM DONE I will make it known to everyone to Boycott Woolworths & all of their brands! Have a look at this email, tell me where does it say warning if you amend your order we will double the prices on everything??? On another note, if you are adding items, how am I to know that your discount on products I have already locked in the prices have changed?????????!!!! Woolworths you just lost a loyal customer of 20 years, they both can see that I didn't know this would happen, common sense should clearly prevail because had I known this what person in their right mind would say agree to paying double? Like come on!!! Rachet service! They clearly do not care about their customers because they are a Supermarket Giant and we are nothing but a number, Coles will now get all my money and I will use my social media platforms to warn everyone to boycott this money grabbing rip off giant that do not care about their customers who refuse to issue me with a refund, they take my money instantly but now want to hold onto it for 3-5 business days? What a farce!

KEY CARD FRAUD

Be careful people, I went to Woolworth and purchased a packet of cigarettes, I went to pay with my key card, and the girl asked me if I wanted cash out, I SAID NO, when I went to put my pin number, I checked and the amount was $65.99 the cigarettes where $15.99 , when I confronted her girl asking her how a packet of cigarettes could be so expensive, she Laughed and said sorry thought you wanted $50 cash out, she cancelled the transaction and charged me the right amount, got me thinking, was she going to keep the $50 for herself? Be careful, check because after that, I started checking, prices, receipts, ect and I am so disappointing how many stores display one price and charge another at the checkout, when I confront them they don't' even apologize and just say , it is not our fault we just scan things, right, they are the victims!
