Woolworths New Zealand - Complaint
Purchased Woolworths brand 8 Jalapeno Cheese Croquettes and we are completely dissatisfied. They are not as advertised. No filling. No Cheese. No Jalapeños. We would like a refund. Purchased from Queenstown location.

Dismal Countdown The Palms ChCh

This supermarket is an embarrassment to your chain. We have now had to return 2 moldy bread based products. Last night we attempted to eat some crumbed Beef, which was basically all grissel. Even the dog struggled to eat it.(pic available) The owner should be talked to about his dismal staffing practices. Our last trip saw one young poor boy on checkout only. We had to process a $350 trolley worth thru self check out. It was tempting to just leave the trolley and walk out. Our previous trips usually see only 2 stressed staff working on check outs. We have recently changed from New World after a visit to your amazing Moorhouse store. The Palms is the total opposite. We also purchased your home brand Carbonara sauce, rather than our usual Delmaine brand. I dare you to use it for a family meal, so you can waste good meal ingredients as we did. It should definitely be removed from your range. Happy to discuss the matters raised.

False advertising

Tried to buy the advertised special of 500g colby or edam house brand cheese for $5. Started looking Tuesday, finished Sunday, multiple supermarkets, no stock.
