This is embarrassing,confusing and bizarre! I sent an email to what I thought was the Woolovers website email address about 2 weeks ago and somehow I had an email acknowledgement from a 'pissed consumer.com' email.

I thought it was strange but continued with a reply. This email has nothing to do with Woolovers I now realise - late! I would like to follow up with the company as they have told me they did not receive my email. Is it possible you could resend my original message content back to me (cut and paste perhaps as I have no record of it and it took some time to put together.

I have no idea how this all happened! I know this is a strange request but if you can oblige me I would be grateful.

Disappointed in purchase

I purchased my husband two jumpers last August he has been keeping them for best use, however the one has developed a couple of holes in it very quickly. Therefore we are extremely disappointed in the purchase.

I may add that no moths would have had access to where they are kept I have receipt and can send photo graphic evidence. Order reference R795****
