Hello, This is Del N, I purchased the Woolash eyelash serum 3 bottles for $107.67 on October 28, 2022. I've been using it since I received it in Nov 3, 2022 but, not until middle of February that I stopped because I noticed that areas around my eyes are becoming black. One thing more, my eye lasses does not really grow. I tried to extend using it at least three and a half months but barely see any difference in the length, except for probably have more lash growth. I lost some lashes when I was using glue with false lashes. But the darkness around my eyes is more prominent now. Please, I want to return the product for refund. I have 2 more unopened bottles and one more than a half of the bottle left. Please, let me know, how do I go about returning it for refund. Thank you and more power to your business. User's recommendation: The product might not have the same effect to every one but it didn't work for me.

This company and Olivia, who is supposedly a manager is horrible at customer service, I never received my order and she refused to help me! Dont buy!

I never received the product, customer service, her name is Olivia, was extremely rude and refused to work with me. I am extremely disappointed in a company like this!!

Did not work, I want a refund

This product did not work and I have yet to get a response from them. Their phone number says it is not working and they sent me to collections after doing the shop installments and I cancelled. I have emailed them and received nothing in return. Worst company ever and worst customer service Ive ever encountered

Terrible product and customer service

I cancelled Woolash and now I am receiving notifications that Im being sent to collections for nonpayment. I tried to resolve and they do not having a working phone number. Worst experience Ive ever encountered. The product did not work and it claimed to be 100% member satisfaction. It asks to rate the company, I wouldnt even give them a 1, but it leaves you no choice
