Hello, This is Del N, I purchased the Woolash eyelash serum 3 bottles for $107.67 on October 28, 2022. I've been using it since I received it in Nov 3, 2022 but, not until middle of February that I stopped because I noticed that areas around my eyes are becoming black.
One thing more, my eye lasses does not really grow. I tried to extend using it at least three and a half months but barely see any difference in the length, except for probably have more lash growth. I lost some lashes when I was using glue with false lashes. But the darkness around my eyes is more prominent now.
Please, I want to return the product for refund. I have 2 more unopened bottles and one more than a half of the bottle left.
Please, let me know, how do I go about returning it for refund. Thank you and more power to your business.

Terrible product and customer service
- I canceled Woolash and am sent to collections for nonpayment.
- There is no working phone number to resolve.
- Rating prompt offers no positive option.
I cancelled Woolash and now I am receiving notifications that Im being sent to collections for nonpayment. I tried to resolve and they do not having a working phone number.
Worst experience Ive ever encountered.
The product did not work and it claimed to be 100% member satisfaction. It asks to rate the company, I wouldnt even give them a 1, but it leaves you no choice

I am not pissed just disappointed in product, more so lack of customer service.
I wrote to you earlier this week, Monday or Tuesday and didnt hear back. Ive called several times and you never answer nor leave email address to write you to in your outgoing message.
Poor results after using 2 months.
I bought in Dec, had some Rodan and Fields Lash Boost so I didnt begin using WooLash until Feb.
its been over 2 months and my eyelashes are what they were before Lash Boost.
I bought three and would like to return 2 unopened for credit even though its past the 180 day guarantee.
