Screenshot your attempt to cancel. They can say I didnt cancel because I dont have proof that I did, they also dont have proof I didnt try, they can tell me I didnt log in or use their services even though charged all those months. Im not the only one with this complaint.

My warning is regarding deceptive autorenewal practices and a refusal to issue a full refund for charges I did not authorize. My concern is not with the product itself, I am sure it is great for some, but with the companys misleading cancellation and auto-renewal policy.
I signed up for a trial in September and, as I do with all trials, I immediately canceled to prevent any autorenewal.

I reviewed the content and determined it was not what I was looking for. Since I had canceled right away, I believed no further action was needed.
While reviewing my credit card statement for an unrelated matter, I noticed a charge of $109.95. After investigating, I discovered I had been charged this amount for five consecutive months going back to October 2025. Although I understand that monitoring my financial accounts is ultimately my responsibility, this particular card is used only for occasional large purchases and is paid off regularly, so the recurring charges were not immediately visible.
I contacted the company to request cancellation and a refund.

Instead of addressing my request, they offered me a discount to remain. I declined and reiterated that I wanted the account canceled. I also explained that I could not access my account without reregistering, and that is why I was asking them to cancel. They eventually canceled the account and offered to refund only the most recent charge.
I explained that I had canceled the trial at the outset and therefore should not have been billed at all.

I also noted that I never received any emails from them regarding billing, renewal, or account activity, only promotional emails encouraging me to join, which were sent to my spam folder. When I asked why I would receive marketing emails encouraging me to sign up if I supposedly had an active account, they claimed the emails were from a previous unpaid inquiry. However, the timing of the emails clearly aligns with the date I paid for the trial, not before.
Their final response was that they could not offer further refunds but would provide a free year of access. I declined, as I know I canceled the trial precisely because the service was not something I intended to use.
The companys handling of the cancellation and billing process has been misleading and unfair.

I think they are hiding behind their 3rd party billing "Stripe" and you cannot file with BBB because the app is developed by a company outside of the US.

I will continue my fight and I will make sure everyone knows that even though you think you cancelled you better check your statements, read the reviews this is not new to them. Their answers to everyone are very insincere and robotic.
