Poor customer service

I purchased family Christmas PJs from Woofkid last November. Website says that the delivery would take 12-20 days which were still enough for Holiday. However, the product arrived 3 months after on February. In the mean time, I regularly checked the shipping status and customer service from China only told me to contact the local shipping company by myself. When I almost felt that it will never arrive, I requested refund, but they rejected because the record says it was already shipped. When it finally arrived 3 months later, I requested return because holiday is over long time ago and I cannot use it anymore, they simply refused to pay the return shipping, saying that it's not the quality issue. I tried to complain through customer service call number on the website, and that number doesn't even work. I had many similar cases and they immediately cancelled the order and refunded, but even for 3 months, they didn't do anything and now letting me pay to return. By the way, they also warned me that it will only be refunded after the return package arrived which will take another long period, insisting me to keep it so they don't have to refund. But I don't want to even see this product and will return them no matter how long it will take.
