A friend of mine's husband had a 40th celebration, and the prized gift was a set of Bears TV trays. To all of our surprise and disappointment, not only did WWPC take my friend's money but didn't even produce the trays!

Then, even offering excuses that she understood, even after she waited patiently AFTER the 40th celebration to receive the trays, they still did not fulfill their end of the deal. When she posted her experience on Facebook, they conveniently deleted it. While we are all "not perfect," the LEAST they can do is provide a refund. They've received several messages about this with zero response.

We will continue to demand your business show some integrity by making this right with my friend, your customer. They seem to have raving fans when you do something right. How about show some accountability and integrity when you drop the ball?

Makes for better feedback I would imagine - things they don't feel compelled to delete. Please make it right.

I ordered $615 worth of merchandise from them in July 2015, as of today I am still waiting for my refund of $415. I have emails from them promising they to send $100.00 a week till paid off and have not heard from them since December. They will not return call or emails! Going to take them to small claims court! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND OWNERS LACK OF RESPONSE! They blocked me and any friends of family that try to post to page letting people know not to purchase from them. Here is email:

To be quite honest since this is our I my income it is difficult to refund the full amount once paid. Our only busy times is Christmas and Father's Day. So we are able to start making payments towards your refund or we are able to send you your order. Please let me know what you would like to do. I understand your frustration and disappointment with us. I promise we weren't trying to keep what's yours we just got behind. Please let me know what we can work out? I can send you $100 weekly till paid off. I know you are upset and rightfully so I would be livid as well.

I recently ordered a custom wood chest for my husband for Christmas that has never showed up. I paid my deposit and then paid the remaining balance plus shipping.

I asked for a photo of the chest before shipping which I never got. Then I asked for a tracking number and that's when the excuses started. Paul would take 2 days to respond and when he did it was just another excuse.

Deaths in the family, out of town for the holidays, going to the funerals. I left a comment in the review section to call me because I wanted a refund of my money including shipping, he deleted it and blocked me.

I ordered a custom cooler for my husband for Christmas. I paid a $100 deposit and then the remaining amount ($375) and was told it may make it by Christmas or at least a couple of days after.

It never showed. I received no photo of the cooler or tracking info for the shipment. I messaged several times and when he finally answered, I was given several excuses like family deaths and shipping problems. After a couple of weeks, I got very angry and repeatedly questioned him via Facebook messaging and he blocked me from messaging him, then blocked me from his Facebook page.

I have not heard from him again. I am pursuing small claims action against him.

DO NOT BUY FROM WoodyWood Picker Creations.. They still owe my $415 as they promised in the below email on November 6 they would send $100 a week till paid off.

I have recieved $200 and nothing since nor will they respond to me! See email from them below this is an order from JULY!!!!!

I have just purchased 3 Christmas present from this website. Was a little worried at first since I did not know anything about it.

But when I picked them up they were totally awesome and so was the owner. I am soooo pleased with his work. Will be a continued customer. If anyone is concerned there is no need to be.

The owner is a true professional and knows his work. I am going to have some truly happy family members this Christmas.

Can't wait to see there reaction. Would love to show his work on the site but then my family would know what they r getting.

HORRIBLE do not purchase anything from them! I have been waiting for over 2 months for my order.

They are not responding and I will keep writing every person they request to ship to letting them know not to do business with them. Contacted lawyer and will take every legal action possible as I am out $600.00, that was to be a gift for anniversary.

I ordered a customized cooler from this company at the end of October. It is now February, and I still have not received it.

Contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES, they promised I would have it by the end of the week. I told them I felt scared and they assured me that was not what they were in the business of doing. Blamed it on Fed Ex, blamed it on weather, blamed it on personal issues. Now they have stopped responding all together.

Looks like I was scammed out of $300!!!! What a way to take advantage of someone with Cancer.

I ordered a pair of Texans tennis shoes and was harassed to pay so they could get started and get my purchase to me. I made the payment on January 4th for $114.00 and as of today, April 11th, I have not seen them nor the refund I demanded.

I reported it as fraud to my bank, the bank received a letter from WWPC stating they don't receive payment until the item is received by the consumer and that I received it. WHAT, are you kidding me. Well, since I have messaging confirmation that this indeed didn't happen, I just sent it over to my bank AND I've now reported them to the IRS. I do not like being lied to or being scammed.

Horrible company, do not trust them.

And WWPC, if you see this, I pray for you...but I won't be a victim of you.

In December 2014 I placed an order for trays with a specific design. I was told they would be delivered by Christmas.

Its now March and I have not received either a refund or the trays. They keep making excuses and they blame FedEx, UPS or the mail. They state they are not in the business of fraud or scamming people. They state they are military and they are honest.

They will block you from facebook and from their phone if you call too many times or if you post something negative about them not shipping your items. I am going to file a theft report and fraud which is a felony since its over 500.00

I made arrangements for a custom cooler, sent $200 money order in July. As of now I still have not received the product and the "business" will not return any messages and has blocked me on Facebook which is the only way I was able to reach him. Basically they are scammers.
