Package was not re-delivered as promised

I had called the UPS office for a re-delivery of my package. I was not home when they initially came. I called the office and was told 1-2 business days for delivery. I have been waiting, it is past the deadline and still no package. The customer service person I spoke with seems to give me the same old same old information, and doesn't seem to concerned whether I receive my package or not. I find UPS to have very poor delivery service. I also feel that UPS should get some reliable staff who know what they are doing.
