Overcharged

Paid for 28 days on June 14. Locked us out five days early said rates went up charged another 445.91 to get back in . Ridiculous even made payment to mgr 950 for 28 days dont make since.just because they got rid of manager is not my fault I feel like we got screwed If rates went up nobody notified us. Only here because of working So dont go. Here we have used this chain for last ten years but no more

Overcharged

Paying monthly while working went home for holiday and locked us out paid for twenty eight days on June fourteen shut us off five day early said rates went up I dont understand how they can do this had to pay an additional four hundred to get in room that was already paid for we were not even notified room 224 st Charles mo .Fired manager here said played favorites not to us we paid what was on inter and sign when we checked in in March please help resolve this Billy Mooneyhan we have used your hotel for last ten years

Over charged and major maintaince problems

We have been using wood spring for almost ten years for jobs that we travel for this is the worst experience yet .maintaince problems all over building elevator messed up door entrance only work every now and then the worst is over charged paid rent on 14 of June to manager she charged 950 for twenty eight days stil had five days left then we were locked out said rates went up and had to pay or leave . That manager is no longer here but made us pay difference actually had to pay five days again out going to throw us out dont

Company need to get their workers in order they lie to customers and talk to them ads if they are stupid
