I'm supposed to get fresh sheets and towels every 2 wks. Ben here 4 wks never had anyone knock to clean bathroom or change linens out.
2 wks ago I carried it all down myself and made bed. I'm disabled. I pay 700 every 2 wks. I went down after stripping my own bed and carrying all towels and linens down myself.
It ws 6:45 pm. I was told very rudely I need to be there to do that before 6pm even tho desk closes at 7pm. Well I shouldn't have to go do it myself. I pay plenty for them to do their job.
Not once have they. And it's gonna be Saturday now with dirty bed clothes. I'm disgusted with how I was treated. Not to mention I was humiliated and they are in the wrong.
I'm so upset.
Can my money just be refunded if this is how paying customers are treated!!! Perhaps you need someone who likes people at the desk.
