Bad Customer service

The manger at the WoodSpring suites in sparks, Nevada racially profiled me when I walked through the door. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. When I asked her for extra towels she told me to call Expedia and ask them for a refund because she will not be letting me stay with them. This manger name is dizzy Marpell!!! I pray no one use has to go thru this I was traveling with three kids during the holiday and we did not have anywhere to stay because all the rooms where sold out everywhere.

User's recommendation: Do not book with them.
