Elevator is still not working it's been a month now

I've been staying at this extended hotel for a while, waiting for my house to be rebuilt. Since I've been there, the elevator barely works.

Once it was out for 4 months and now over a month. The elevator ceiling collapse and corporate is not doing anything about it because most people renting there are African Americans. A.c is not working in some rooms, instead of fixing it they are just trying to patch it. Because the elevator is not working they have not cleaned my room almost a month now ( not my problems) they clean every 14 days as is.

They got the audacity to put notes on our door they will charge $25 for trash.

the hotel could have been a really nice hotel but it's not being kept with. Or cleaned properly little by little it's falling apart.

  • No regular house keeping

Preferred solution: Fix the issues. I still love the hotel front desk reps are so nice
