Refund Promised then Retracted after checking out
I had prepaid a week at this hotel, after staying one night I noticed the mattress was filthy and had bedbugs. I notified the front desk, and they suggested I called corporate, which I did. Within minutes after they contacted front desk check check out and they never processed the refund.

Complaint against front office manager
Asked the front desk if they can unclog my toilet which had *** in it and was clogged when I checked in. Asked for 2 days if it could be fixed she told me she was refunding me and I had an hour to be checked out since I wasn't happy with my room.

Unsafe environment
My door doesnt lock and anybody can get inside the room without a key and the maintenance guy lied and said he didnt have a work order as of Monday then the general manager was rude, unprofessional and screaming before she asked any questions about my dog
