Refund Promised then Retracted after checking out

I had prepaid a week at this hotel, after staying one night I noticed the mattress was filthy and had bedbugs. I notified the front desk, and they suggested I called corporate, which I did. Within minutes after they contacted front desk check check out and they never processed the refund.

User's recommendation: avoid staying here.

Complaint against front office manager

Asked the front desk if they can unclog my toilet which had *** in it and was clogged when I checked in. Asked for 2 days if it could be fixed she told me she was refunding me and I had an hour to be checked out since I wasn't happy with my room.

User's recommendation: Don't stay at WoodSprings suites in Merrillville Indiana.
