This wood springs in Lakeland is rude disrespectful not willing to have customer service sucks the maintenance people don't know what they're doing and they just don't care
Check into this room two days ago with my disabled grandson who get too hot have seizures notice that the air conditioner was not working functionally ask for service ask the front desk it was rude I didn't want to help nasty attitude on cooperative and just downright nasty to people in customers

Rape/sexual harassment by another guest.
Rape and sexual assault. Told melissa carter the manager about the incident and all she could tell me was he's a good guy and he had a good family. This rape incident happened on july 15, and melissa carter just reported it yesterday the 3rd of August.
