Harrssment,room not cleaned,quoted different pricing charged more then quoted.,rude to staff and myself by manager, banging on ceiling all day and night

Quoted one price then charged a different price .lack of integrity.rude to me and staff by not acknowledgeing me as a customer in front of staff.the manager has a side kick and banging on my room ceiling all day and night .I have been in the room for over two weeks and no cleaning done ,or replacement of towels , toilet paper,etc.... someone help

Items missing from room
- - We were told to leave due to pest problems; the manager refused a room change and denied seeing our items, so we believe cameras should be checked.
We were told to leave premises because of pest problems we wanted to change rooms and was told we could in the morning with all the problems we were having with the room then manager informed us he was not going to allow us to change rooms and proceeded to tell us we had to leave and my girlfriend had to pack everything and forgot several items and upon trying retrieve our items the manager denied ever seeing any of the items in the room so I believe we need to go to the surveillance cameras and determine what happened to my stuff
