I have been here for 3 weeks

So far I had to beg to get a working remote for my room i purchased and batteries i bought.

The very first day of arrival.

The front desk said they couldn't help me sorry.

I asked to be moved to another room they said no. Available I called online as someone else and they had rooms available.

I have asked for refund 3xs since I've been here since aug.

I had to purchase my own toilet paper ,mop, broom, and cleaning supplies while I'm here.

The service is very poor and quality of room cleanliness is very trashy..

The prices are decent but still no excuse for poor quality rooms.

I've saw roaches pop up all of sudden when my friend came over she spotted them in the corner. First thing she looked for was bugs bc of the price..

They are alot of sketchy people here and police is constantly here for someone every other day.

I asked front desk for a refund she said they don't do refunds and I can't get one.

They are very rude

I am highly upset and disappointed with the hotel and will not be staying here again nor will anyone I know get recommended here.

Don't mean to take it out on you but this is unacceptable and I should be refunded if not fully half of my $800 I've already paid to stay here
