Don't want to fix anything and don't have a good corporate number to where you can speak to someone about an issue

I have spent a lot of money on the hotel room over $3000 in when I first got here the shower was broke they put in a maintenance order no one wanted to fix the shower I can't even take a decent shower but I've paid almost $3000 to stay in there room

Someone needs to call me back before you guys have a lawsuit
- - Spent over $3000 on the room and still can’t get a decent shower.
- - Maintenance hasn’t fixed the bar; requests ignored, no callback from corporate.
I have been in this room for almost a month and a half I've spent over $3000 on this room and I cannot take a decent shower me or my children the bar is down I've asked the maintenance guy to fix it numerous times and they still have not came and did it so I'm calling and contacting corporate there's no good contact number and if someone doesn't call me back soon you guys are going to have a lawsuit
