Terrible Customer Service/Deceptive

We had an employee staying at our local WoodSpring Inn. Our credit card was overcharged on one transaction. Despite calling, emailing and visiting the location multiple times, the manager refused to refund the money that was overcharged. She even had the audacity to call our office yelling and cursing telling me not to contact them or step foot on their property. This happened in July - to date, we have not received a refund nor have I been able to talk with anyone locally or at corporate. Terrible customer service. The manager also kicked out our employee and charged a $50 cleaning fee stating the room was a wreck. Knowing the employee, it was not!

User's recommendation: Stay away from the Dickinson, ND location.
