This place is run by incompetent staff. This is pretty much low income housing and drug users in the lot as well as noise nightly.
Ridiculous for someone who is here for reasonable rates for long term work.
They can not clean a room when asked and the hallways are disgusting, what looks like a nice place on the outside is a complete *** show on the inside. If the front desk staff knew how to do their job it would be great but they are just as deserving as what resides in the building and most of them do reside.

Flooded room , none told me all my stuff was wet, just sat my bags in the closet for my clothes to mildew,no responsive any kind no service no help no anything just a lot of jibber jabber telling me excuses upon excuses poor poor service poor customer service poor attitude about everything not acceptable at all very unprofessional don't ever come here

I have never posted anything negative about any hotel or product. I am now.
I am EXTREMELY upset with Woodspring Hotel in Davenport, Iowa. I drove from Louisiana to Iowa, had my reservation booked for about a month. I was traveling alone. When I got to the hotel at approximately 9:30 PM, there wasnt ANY staff to check me in!
I followed the procedures that were posted by their telephone. After 35 minutes of trying to check in, I eventually left. I had to scramble and find a hotel at 10:30 PM. There was a baseball tournament in town.
ALL hotels were booked. I managed to find one suite nearby that was 4 times more as much as I had paid for one night at Wood Bridge. When I called today to speak to the staff, the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me.
I have spent HOURS of my vacation trying to find a hotel and get a refund from my original booking. I am extremely disappointed in this hotel

- Cancels your room even if you have paid

Cannot get into my room
This is a total nightmare. Im in town frIm Louisiana.
Im traveling ALONE!
There was no one to get me onto my room at the front desk. I soooo upset!!!

I was locked out Of my room yesterday I call the front desk I was told I owed rent again my rent was paid already until wensday was told it's a pet fee I have a service dog registered with me at slow times I was told I needed his papers which I forgot at my home in Ohio so I had my daughter send me pics of the paper the hotel needed a copy of my service dogs registration but they have no printer neither do I so I let the front desk know I would have to see about getting them printed out I was told. No problem when you get the chance bring them up I talked to the employee last night to get back into my room he was very rude told me no manger was on site the manager was not going to be available untill Tuesday I said we need to get into are that is paid for he said he called his manager and she decided to invoke her manager right and I was to leave this morning even tho my rent is paid they already know about my service dog I was charged a dog fee and linen fee which I never got clean linens or towels I washed everything myself they have no manager on site the staff is very rude you cannot get toilet paper towels nothing I bought all that for my room plus they change the rates with out telling you I will not ever stay here again I am currently at a very nice hotel let them know about my service dog not a problem all I want is a refund for the days I paid for but did not get

I have tried to contact this hotel upwards of five times this incident happened in December of 2020.
The employee that still works at the hotel her name is Amanda never stay at the Davenport Iowa woodspring suite hotel not only will the employees break into your room and steal your items they will make it so that you can't contact anyone to get it rectified. It also has come to my attention that Amanda has been involved in making adult videos at the hotel with one of the regular customers and they're being uploaded to the internet I would not be surprised if they have hidden cameras watch out.
