Overcharges, noise complaints, poor room service.

We checked in September 9th 2020 and paid $2,093.72 we are paying monthly to stay here our next bill due and 30 days were up on Oct 9th we paid again 1,265.65 our check out date is November 9th I went ahead and paid early again n October 16, 2020 1,812.21 that payment should make us good all the way till December 9th they are saying we need to check out November 30th which is completely wrong we still got till December 9th then we will owe, and we love our room here and the environment but since day one we have checked in here I been calling front desk over and over complaining about the loud noises that is coming from above us kids on top of the kitchen counter jumping from it all the way to the floor making it so loud it wakes us up its non stop from morning till 4 am in the morning we never get no peace and quite its constant I call front desk and let them know and it seems like no one dont do anything there was a fire here in the middle of October and our fire alarm didnt go off how I found out there was a fire was when I looked out the window and seen the cops and firefighters working to put the fire out thank God it wasnt extremely bad it's hard telling what would of happened if it was worse than it was me and my fiance has already spoke with our lawyer about the fire situation and they should b getting into contact with u and the room service here is awful there hasn't been no one come to our room asking if we needed anything we wash our own bedsheets towels and buy toilet paper because they r always out or the towels r dirty and we gotta wait till there r clean ones please contact me ASAP so we can get this issue resolved thank you

  • New management is awful

Preferred solution: Have a month for free because of the issues we had.

Me and my fiance checked in on 09/9/2020 at WoodSpring Suites in Colton, CA we paid for a whole month then October 9th which was the end of our 30 days of the 1st month we paid again for another month which makes it 2 months that we have been here 10/09/2020-11/09/2020 that's 2 months we had lived here and finally I paid $1812 on 10/16/2020 that's 3 months we should be checking out December 9th they are saying that our check out date is November 30th me and my fiance loves it here but since we moved in here it hasn't been quite and peaceful at all I been calling everyday to the front desk because I cant get no peace or sleep due to the fact it's so loud upstairs kids jumping off the kitchen counter on the floor making loud noises itS non stop from the time they get up till 4 am in the morning I been complaining ever since it has started and there was a fire that started here in the beginning of October or close to the end of October we didnt even know a fire started until I looked out the window and I seen police and firefighters standing outside working to put the flames out our alarm that is in our room didn't even warn us of a fire that's very dangerous, we already spoke with our lawyer about that so please give me a call my number is 909-301-****
