Wood springs suites in Carol stream, The staff there is very unprofessional. The police has been call several times.

The front desk girl doesn't know how to handle issues at the hotel. The cable was off for 6 days. You asked her when will i be able to watch TV, She stated, oh well, talk to the manager, not my problem. While she sits outside with some guess smoking weed and wearing her pajamas.

Going in the guess room stealing money. She has her family and friends living in the hotel, causing problems with other guests. I asked for sheets, she said i can't exchange anything without an explanation.

Preferred solution: I would like an apology and some of my charges refunded back to me. I've been there for 1 year never cleaned my room no sheets those girls at night to be fired. They should not be working at your place of business. To unprofessional
