No heat in room
Our heat went out in our room around 10 p.m. The girl who works the front desk has been staying in the room next door for the entire two weeks weve been here.
We were on our way to the desk when her and her daughter walked out into the hallway, and she asked what we needed. We told her about the heat. She informed us they were booked for the night. She said to unplug it and plug it back up and if it still isnt working in the morning come to the desk and well get you in another room when people start checking out.
I feel like there should at least be a couple of portable heaters on-site for incidents such as this. My two-year-old grandson is with us, and this could have been handled differently.

No good customer service
No room key in 5 days and I have 2 rooms for 7 days. I hate getting off of work having to wait for someone to open my room door.
