Concerning Reservation and proper and speedy Accomodations. Maybe favoritism to prior customers.
Did not have luggage trolleys available. Cannot locate or knows where they are. Therefore that would not provide handicap accessibility. Carpet in hallways are not sanitary.
Spots and stains. No Breakfast Danish or Donuts. No mop or broom to assist Guess.
No outside maybe sitting areas. No security.
