Charging front load fees for an account someone established for me with bank without my fore- knowledge
Have been repeatedly written by Woodlands National Bank in TX who refused to verify or provide other bonafide proof of an account in alleged statutory NAME, but have pressured me repeatedly in writing to provide them with considerable front load fees or account would be 'confiscated'. THese people seem to be talking out of both proverbial sides of their mouth.
Can't have a business go both ways: that is, refuse to provide verification of account except upon prepayment of blackmail payola in front load fees. Otherwise, to threaten turnover to treasury with bank of course getting significant licks of spoon for its own enrichment with such action while refusing to fully confirm NAME Of beneficial equity holder?!
Come on, give me a break here with some logical rational rather than acting as nigerian scam style of operations!
