stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I traveled 7 hours, my daughter traveled 2 1/2 hours to look at a used vehicle of which we had an appointment with JP to see. Arrived on time to find out JP left to go on vacation and the vehicle had been loaned out and wasnt even there.

So they tried to sell us a "similar" vehicle. It was a filthy piece of crap!! they didnt even wash it. offered to top off our fuel tank for my 7 hours of travel.

will never ever go back!!! they are horrible company!!!

Woodhouse Blair Nebraska

Just bought a 2003 Ford Escape in mint condition with 69,000 miles from Woodhouse in Blair Nebraska. To start I love the vehicle!

But not the dealer. They gave me intransit's for a month but took forever to send the title to us. I got the title almost a week after my tags expired!! They had told us that we would have it in two weeks from day of purchase.

Just had the vehicle licensed and made first payment my check engine light came the coils are broke and only running on 4 outa 6 cylinders. Woodhouse claimed they would not offer a warrenty because you buy used and as is. I haven't even put a 1,000 miles on it. They said they would do free diagnostic but couldn't gaurentee we wouldn't pay for repair costs which would start at $1,000 and the parts are about $120 a piece.

Every other dealer that sells for , even used fords offers some sort of warranty, even if they didn't they would eat the costs for their businesses reputation. I will say the vehicle was not cheap to me especially paying with my hard earned money but you shouldn't have problems when you only have it a month and a half.

Very Pissed Off Customer! (This complaint is only about Woodhouse dealer not about Ford Vehicles)

You bought a 9 year old car as is and expect dealer to warranty it. That is nonsense and just a case of buyers remorse. Get on with your life and go to a good independant shop and get a diagnosis.

Defective Product

On February 13 I purchase a car from Woodhouse not even two weeks later a light came on saying "check battery charging system". I called them because I was told it could be the alternator.

They said they could only pay half the repairs. On Monday February 27 I couldn't get my car to go into gear and I called them again only for them to tell me " that's unfortunate". I have called them continuously to try to get them to fix or replace my car. And they still refuse to do so.

I am a young mother of two and I gave them every bit of my tax return for a down payment to provide a safe vehicle for my children. Only to find out they sold me a lemon that they have no intention of standing behind.

I now sit here with a car that I paid $10,000 for and can't rely on to transport my children.

Seriously? Do you realize how *** you sound?

I am sure the car was marked "Sold As Is No Warranty". Next time buy a new car or do a better job of inspecting the vehicle you are going to purchase.

Woodhouse is a bunch of CROOKS! They jack up the price of their used cars so it looks like they are giving you more for your trade in than what you are actually getting.

Their tricks are old & tired. Go to your local dealer and STAY AWAY from Woodhouse!
