AI Highlights
  • - Paid for a two-for-one subscription deal.
  • - The recipient did not receive any copies.
  • - Calls and messages were unanswered; the deal wasn't fulfilled.

I paid for a two for one subscription deal they had advertised in their magazine. The friend who I named as recipient of the second subscription never received his copies.

I called and called and called and got only one missed call from them. I left many messages regarding what happened but got no answer. They should not advertise a special if they do not intend on keeping their part of the deal.

That's called fraud. Maybe not a lot of money but this was supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend, so this is very, very disappointing.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: Do not trust their advertised specials.
