I was highly satisfied with the furniture i pruchased
I recently purchased a 1-seater sofa from Wooden Street, and I am extremely happy with my choice. The design is sleek and modern, which perfectly complements the decor of my living room. The quality of the materials, especially the fabric and the wooden frame, is impressive and feels durable.

Product quality is not good, delivery time long, you need to wait for minimum 2 weeks to get your things rectified within warranty
The date of purchase and date of delivery had more than 1 week time though they mention it will be delivered in 48-72 hours.
Product quality is not good. I bought center table and there are gaps started coming within 3 months of purchase.
To claim warranty it's been more than 10 days I am following it up to get some carpenter from wooden street but they are just saying it will come in 2-3 days despite I have shared all images and issue over mail.
Pathetic service.

Damaged product
I bought a bed which was damaged.The center beam was damaged.The carpenter told us and also informed the company that it needs to be replaced.He temporarily fixed it and assembled the unit. It's been 5months and the repair has not been carried out despite raising the tickets four times.
The status is 'closed' on the app. Pathetic service.

Pathetic delivery management unable to deliver a product after 4 weeks and refunds the money, who will pay the time and interest for holding the money - you are broody *** useless company.

I had purchased sofa through Lucknow store and due to some defect in the seat cover fitting, I had complained against the same. One person from the store visited my place and assured to repair the sofa seat but my complaint has not been addressed so far.
We have complained through various emails also. In response, we were told that the carpentry team is being followed up to expedite the repair process but till now, nothing has been done.
Though we were informed that our case was being treated as a high priority case and is being handled by the escalation team we have been kept in lurch. Now they are not even receiving our phone calls.
Such callous and irresponsible approach is not expected.
I had also requested to verify the details of payment/ cost of the sofa as in invoice the amount is Rs 68,002/- whereas in bill it is Rs 61,499/-.

How do I get my refund for a cancelled order?
I placed order (298049) on 20th June and it says that the product will be shipped in 5 days. today, on 12th July, the product is still not shipped.
I requested the company to cancel my order and refund my money, but no one is responding to it and my money is stuck with them! Totally hopeless service!
I would like to warn all the prospective customers to beware of such false promises this company makes. they take 100% advance payment and then you are simply stuck with them wasting your time calling their customer care (which never ever picks up the phone) and sending them mails (which no one responses)!
