My kitchen was installed in 1977. The metal removable bread box in a large drawer has rusted and the lid will not slide freely. I would like to buy a replacement for the drawer. Do you still make them that will fit in my drawer? I would like an address or email where I could order a replacement to my bread drawer. The removable Bread box measures 18 7/8 Wide 19 9/16 Length 8 1/8 Deep It easily fits into the Wood Mode drawer. I hope you have... Read more

We just moved to Chicago and ordered a kitchen from Wood-Mode in December. It was due to be installed next week. Contractor is lined up, old kitchen dismantled, etc. Now we just heard from them that they pushed back the delivery date to "indefinite". We were told that they would replace them but that it would be one time only and it would be considered our warranty work. Apparently, if there is any other problem with these items, we won't have any warranty recourse? On top of that, the mother corporation won't talk to us. It... Read more
