I ordered laminate flooring from them through the well known auction site. After completing the transaction, which was listed as FREE POSTAGE, I received a request for an additional £28 delivery! The auction site strongly advised me that I should not pay this. Following their advice, I refused to pay the additional fee, and they cancelled my order. Be warned!

User's recommendation: Expect to pay a delivery charge!
