Spent over £560 on Engineered Diamond Natural Oak flooring and the slats don't even click together! I called them and they refused to accept any responsibility and stated it was me who was in the wrong as I had changed my mind.
I have never experienced such a bunch of cowboys ever and now I am left with unusable flooring ad over £560 down the drain! I wold never recommend this outfit to anyone and would urge anyone needing any wood flooring to stay clear of these lot.

Awful awful service!!!
I call everyday and they have very little update on the status of my order. Order ed over £1000's worth of floor, we haven't received it even though it has been signed for.
They had no idea idea who the courier was, we've found out it was Box Logistics- who have terrible reviews on Google.
I've been advised to order more floor... Yes pay again for more floor.
Avoid at all costs.
I've launched a case with PayPal to try and get my money back.

I ordered laminate flooring from them through the well known auction site. After completing the transaction, which was listed as FREE POSTAGE, I received a request for an additional £28 delivery!
The auction site strongly advised me that I should not pay this.
Following their advice, I refused to pay the additional fee, and they cancelled my order. Be warned!
