We expected the quality of the furniture to last longer than it did. We also expected replacement when we did have problems. When we did contact warranty, we didn't get satisfactory results.
We purchased Couch and Love seat less than five years ago. we also purchased a warranty.
We used the warranty about 2 years in.
The came out to repair the leather,but not really fixed. Both couch and love seat have fading leather,tearing on the back, slumping in the recliner.We wont buy from Family Furniture again.
