Rude and disrespectful
I have lived in Bradenton all my life and I am upgrading my dock. This was the message I received.
Good afternoon. This is Joey from wood dock and seawall. I met you on site Wednesday for a dock quote. As I reviewed our records for previous quotes on your project I found that you had left us a negative review in the past that we felt was unwarranted and I wanted to give you the courtesy of letting you know that we will not be quoting this project.
I didnt want u waiting for us to make any type decision.
Thank you for your time and hope there are no hard feelings. And you guys wonder why you have 3 star rating.

Resolved: Warning ..do Not use this company
they have not responded.I am have it reviewed for legal action.They was no contract other then one they forged my name on.thank you.
They installed the lift for me approximately a year and a half ago.
It filled approximately six months after I bought it. They came out and did a quick in unsatisfactory repair I attempted to speak to Brian about this when he told me, I am the expert youre not, and, he walked away from me
it has now failed again the second time I called Wooddock and offered to pay them if they would fix it however Debbie told me they were too busy.
After repeatedly calling them they sent a worker out, who stood in the street and told me the lift was fine, all Lifts sink and twist.
I just agreed with him and he was going to send me a report of what he found
I received a reply from Debbie relaying the message that the boat was too heavy because of a Cover I installed.
Again not true as there was no cover on the lift the first time it failed
An expert reviewed the leftThe Lift and deemed it unsafe stating it will fail feel totally at some point, he felt it was not fixable and needed to be replaced,
They denied any responsibility and totally refused to do anything or even participate with me and getting this Lift fix
