False advertisement/ poor business practice

After placing a down payment on an upcoming travel package, had asked questions pertaining to refunds if travel was to be restricted because of Covid. Initially I was told very rudely by Nicole that it was listed on her page- which it was not- this has been added since. I had asked what money, if any would be refunded if excursions that were covered as part of the package would be returned if parks/ venues/ etc closed for Covid. I did not get a response to these questions. I was told that my $250 down was not refundable and then I was blocked from any communication. Also told she was too busy with family issues to answer questions timely.

User's recommendation: Don’t book travel excursions with NMO, Chief Nomad Officer Nicole Sirote.
