Lost booking and cancellation
I would like to cancel an activity booked. The Activity is Amethyst Mine, company Wonderlapland.
When I booked this activity I didnt receive an email.
The booking was sent to a different email. The activity is for the 22th March.
And I dont have a booking reference to cancel it.
I have contacted Wonderlapland and they said get your guide should cancel the activity as they dont have any access to do it.
May I ask you please to confirm that the activity has been canceled. I provided all my details and personal account information, therefore, I need an invoice to make sure its been cancelled.
