Unprofessional customer service
- - Three chats were made to resolve expired credits.
- - A partial refund was issued, but the issue was not resolved after two hours.
Avoid
The first time got standard computer says no by any ai chat bot. Second time was told technical error preventing connection to an actual agent online.
Third time took forever and agent was not capable of accessing my transaction records or credit history so basically unable to help.
They gave me partial refund of credits I was owed.
It amounts to half of the amount of credits I should have been entitled to before expiration.
Resolving (partially) my issue with customer service took a long time and didn't fully resolve my issue. It should have taken just a few minutes not two hours.
