I have never received an issue without having to call the customer service number. Even then I haven't always gotten it. I'm assured each time I call that the situation is resolved but it never is.

Verified ReviewerI subscribed since last April and have never received a copy without calling, waiting... the customer service number. Each time I'm told it's taken care of but it's not, I have to call again today.
Above and even when I've called, I never received the copy.
It's been an arduous situation and I wouldn't recommend that anyone subscribe with them.
User's recommendation: Don't subscribe!
