Women's best blamed the clearance issue on FedEx. They stated it was "misrouted" at FedEx which is 100% not true.
They gave me a refund and a half hearted apology. I lost the coupon I used (which I had to take a survey to get) and spent a week of my life calling FedEx and messaging Women's Best.
Initially the told me they would provide a refund and still send my package. The next day they stated my package was being returned to their facility and it is undeliverable.
My preworkout is stuck in customs clearance. I have not been able to get a response from Women's Best or FedEx in regards to this.
My first order went great so I decided to buy in bulk this time but it was a mistake. I am disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation.

Well for one the company does not send you an email to tell you you placed an order . The only reason why I placed an order directly with them was because it was out of stock in Walmart. So upon placi
Well for one this company does not send confirmation emails that you placed an order. This company is based in Germany.
Walmart carries there products but it was out of stock. So I placed an order with them , but I didnt know if they received it cause they didnt send a confirmation. So upon me placing it Walmart now had the product , i asap cancelled my order ,. Which nobody got back to me for days.
When they did it was this vague email that they received my ticket and dont keep emailing them . So afterpay took the money which in turn another terrible company doesnt respond to emails either .
Bottle line is refund me my money because item was cancelled. .
