I ordered a cardigan from the website. When I received the order it looked nothing like the picture.
In fact it was a coat instead of the cardigan I ordered. They made me pay for shipping to send the item back to an address in PA. They told me they would reimburse me when I sent them the receipt. It has been months and I have never been reimbursed and they stopped responding to emails.
I am being penalized for a wrong item they sent me! Horrible company!

This newgestics shipping is ridiculous. I live iin Louisiana.
My order came from Indiana and went to Texas. Then it went back to Indiana. I ordered 4 items I was told 3 were shipped right after my order was made. 1 was on back order.
Would you believe I received the back order Friday and my other 3 are still in Indiana. I ordered on the 4 th of Dec.
That is plenty of time before Christmas. Still holding out and hoping it will come before Christmas Ever use these people for delivery

- Return address was US, not Hong Kong; 3 weeks later still no refund.
I ordered one romper from www.womenpop.com. They shipped the romper all the way from Hongkong and when I got it it was HORRIBLE.
It didn’t even match the picture and it was loose and the material was so thin and *** When I emailed them to return it they messaged me back asking me to keep it!! Excuse me no I’m not keeping something that looks like *** and your site says full refund... so then they proceed to give me an address to return it which is out of PA??? (That is in the United States not hongkong...) how is that POSSIBLE??
I paid sooo much in shipping and now because it was from hongkong but now I have to pay to return it to a US ADDRESS?? and it’s Been 3 weeks now and guess what?
STILL NO REFUND. I wish I could sue this company

I ordered one product from www.womenpop.com. They shipped the goods from Hongkong warehouse and when I told them that product completely don't match with the picture neither quality wise nor look and fit wise, their website only have mail id to write down when you want to return and now when I write to them they are asking me to return it to their USA office.
How is this justify? If goods coming from USA and asking return back somewhere in USA still ok.
U charged me for shipping from HONGKONG somewhat 5 to 6 dollar now for sending back the product I have to bear charge of 15 dollar. Its mentioned cardigan jacket and actual material is of not even cotton

I wish I had seen this BEFORE placing my order with that scam of a company. My order was placed on October 13, 2022 and here it is November 8, 2022 and I still haven't received it! Had I known they were in China I certainly wouldn't have placed an order!
