Womans Day Magazine

I'm having trouble with them asking me to spell my first and last name. I'm trying to get through to Woman's Day customer service to cancel a subscription.

Charged me for magazine subscription that I didnt order. I didnt receive any message of a refund Why???

Im still waiting to hear back from anyone from this company.

Received this to fill out, but no explanation of why the charge to my bank. Im waiting for an explanation

I dont even receive my magazine. Please cancel. I did not receive a notification to renew via email but it was just taken out of my checking account

I subscribed to your magazine and I'm still not receiving any magazines. I subscribed over two months ago.

Continued to get sporadic issues of womans day after. 1 yr subscription of 3 magazines A different one once a month.

No longer want any of the magazines. Cancel all subscriptions I should have no balance since I never renewed

I inadvertantly sent you a check for $50.00 by automatic payment. It should have been sent to Woman Within.

I don't owe you any money so would like it refunded please.

I just clicked the wrong account by mistake.

I am sorry but I give my magazines to a friend that can't afford them so I have no copy of my account number. Will the following help?

Why am I receiving 2 copies of the magazine? Do I have 2 accounts opened up?

I am showing the same account numbers on each magazine except for a few numbers added after the / mark on one the address labels.

I also paid my subscription om January 18th and I am still getting bills.

Received a email mail to renew my subscription and my 2 gifts for 10.00 . My subscription will expired in 2025 and the gifts 2024.

I dont need to renew both. Why Iam I get emails to renew please stop.

I tried to get a hold of you to let you know I put the wrong check in the envelope to you and would like to have it sent back so I can mail the one I wanted so that I can renew my subscription but I got no satisfaction and couldnt get a hold of no one

While trying to inform WD that I do not have a subscription to their magazine there is no easy way to find email address for customer service. Would not open some pages because it send my email address was invalid.

I have used the same email address for 20 years!! No one else has a problem!

If they use the same

attitude to address problems, this situation will never be fixed!! att

In your April issue on page18 there is a topic on making a craft with painting pots. More research on facts are needed.

Acrylic sealant needed to preserve the outside of the painted pot and only the rim inside of the pot needs to be painted. plants can be toxic affected to acrylics.

Water is seeped out of the pot faster, another thought. Lastly, without the sealant the paint outside of pot will peel if used outdoors.
