I placed an order over a week ago, which was supposed to be shipped within 2-5 business days. It's been 7 business days, I've emailed and tried calling the company.
I received no response whatsoever, however, the money was withdrawn. I hope they answer soon.

Questions about my order
My order didn't have the correct address so it was sent back and I sent a message about giving them the right address and have it sent back but they refunded my money instead. Now I have to start over.

OK I ordered mistakenly thinking I'm the only one working in my household that I really need the monies return if I can please send the device back please this all.i ask I'm falling behind on my bills please let me send this back Final so I can get a refund ! I'm a Christian please help me that's all I ask !!
