I purchased one book but it was not reflected in the library so I contacted the customer care team. After discussion with them for 45 days they finally agreed to refund me.

However it's almost 40 days now and still no refund from them and every time I contact them they will make a lame excuse, Now even they are not reverting to me on chat.

Pathetic customer service.
