I bought a chicken fryer pan for 59.99 and today was the 1st time i used it. Well, i poured oil into the pan and the oil burned. So, i thought maybe it's the oil. I scrubbed the burnt oil out. I tired a different oil it was ok so i put my chicken in. Not even 3minutes later my chicken burned and stuck to thebottom of the fryer. I am furious. I threw out all my off brand junk that worked to buy what i thought was a top brand. It dissipointed me...

Yesterday I bought a 3 qt saucepan and submerged it in clean water over night. I do this with new stainless steel cookware in order to clean up the black residue (I think it's formed during the manufacturer's polishing process). First, the hole in the end of the handle rusted and then in the morning there was some foamy cluster of bubbles around the screws, outside and inside the pan. The screws and the area around lost their shine and the...

Well we bought one of these as a gift for my mum.. we set it up and tested it with nothing in it for a few minutes (to burn off anything left behind during the manufacturing process). everything was well so we left it to cool down, when returning back to it a few minutes later we found the glass in the door had shattered filling the inside of the oven with glass shards. Not happy. it has been out of the box for 10 minutes! looking at reviews...

Wolfgang Puck Soup Review

#1001272
My complaint is about the salt in W-P soups. It's so much i find it disgusting. I would love to buy organic soup but all that salt is revolting. Please either reduce the salt or provide a low-salt version. Otherwise I'll never buy a single can.

Twitter Team Review

#881639
Had a fall due to super polished floor at Spago Las Vegas and twisted my wrist. Told the waiter about the floor who smiled and said 'welcome to Vegas'. Told Twitter who replied asking for more info and they have ignored all further correspondance from me. Hand still hurting. Wolfgang Puck Twitter team couldn't care less.

The enamel is peeling into my food and is not a small issue. It peels more every time I use it. I use nothing but plastic, rubber and wooden utensils, so it's not being scraped. With health issues, this is a real scare for me. Really? With a name like Wolfgang Puck, I would think of higher quality. I guess not. I tried this because of his name. Never again. Where can I get customer service support? They are elusive. The entire bottom of the...

This is a review on Wolfgang's pressure cooker and customer service. A search was on for a lid replacement . When it came to use the one replacement lid received a while back, it was missing the valve stem. Because it was not used right after the purchase I no longer had the receipt or the name of the company it was purchased from and I am now out $30.00. The cooker was purchased as a present for my daughter. It is only fair that I replace it...

My first time using my Wolfgang Puck pot and the lid exploded in my hand as I placed it on my counter! I made a pot of sauce and was getting ready to stir I went to place the top on the counter and it exploded, glass everywhere and shavings of glass hit my arm and face. I only purchased the pots 3 weeks ago, from BJ's. No warning on the box. I hope the company and customer service will make good and rectify this problem. I am afraid to use my...

Julie were you able to get the matter rectified? I have had the same thing happen. The lid exploded while cooking.

Just got a instant flow programmable coffee maker. And it disentangle work keep getting error message. I called customer service and they were useless. Won't even honor the warranty. Shame on you for selling such rubbish. I will never buy anything from Wolfgang puck again after this experience. He doesn't stand behind his products. Total scam artist in my opinion I would be ashamed to show my face total disgrace.
