They are HORRIBLE to deal with

As much as I feel Wolf1834 delivers excellent products, they refuse to deal with their clients, businesses and consumers in a professional manner.

I am both a consumer of their products as well as a vendor.

As a consumer, I feel that their quality is impeccable. Where they fall short is when (not if) you have a challenge.

As a vendor of theirs, I have tried repeatedly to reach someone, anyone that could help resolve accounting issues, returns, ANYTHING, and that is pure headaches.

Their customer service number leads you to email options unless you have extensions for individuals and those are highly guarded.

My first order with them I had some minor accounting issues and I literally had to go to Atlanta to their showroom to try and get some resolution in person.

I was met with Alberto and Julie and they apologized and assured me that it was an isolated event.

I hesitated and placed another order.

Receipt of that was fine but they failed to notify me that they would charge my card on file and I paid via wire (and then they charged my credit card TOO!).

I was thrown into accounting (Carina) and might I say that she was the least helpful person I have encountered to that date. It gets worse!

Once I tried to resolve this with Julie, I was assured it would be resolved and I ended up having to fight my credit card to reverse their charge after I proved I paid via wire.

THEN-I was approached with items they were retiring and I was assured the pricing would be secure and not discounted but only to find out that once I received their products, they posted on their own website pricing that was lower than I was offered as a wholesale vendor.

WTH?

This vendor offers excellent products, that is not my beef, but when, again not if, something goes sideways, I am in the beginning stages of legal action because they will not give me any answers to existing issues and refuse to even take my calls.

What a mess!

My advice-do not start with them PERIOD! Professional-Consumer wise-ANY WAY!

Cannot place an order through your website. You refuse my card despite I callled my bank and my CC and they do not see any problem and the problem come from your side

Lack of Quality Customer "Service"

Well it's approximately 6 weeks later and Wolf has decided to completely ignore this complaint. Have not heard from them since then whatsoever.

In addition, they also chose to ignore Better Business Bureau's attempt to intervene. I wish I can say that I had better luck dealing with them in hopes of a "FAIR" resolution to my problem but unfortunately I cannot.

When your expensive Watch Winder breaks and needs a little TLC... you should be able to "Call" the manufacturer up on the phone and request to speak to someone that can help you.

Unfortunately, when I did, I found out that you can ONLY communicate via emails. Not only do they refuse to call you back, but when they finally decide to answer your specific question via email, they do so at their convenience. I specifically asked for a return phone call a number of times to no avail. To make matters worse, I asked for them to send me a new lock mechanism for me to make the simple repair myself, and they said that they had no parts available to send and that I needed to send in my unit for "Repair" or "Replacement" with the associated cost being approximately upwards of $1000 all in all.

That's ridiculous!!!! Needless to say, Wolf has ignored all correspondence thereafter.

All I wanted was to get a replacement lock/spring to replace the broken one. Talk about Customer Service!!!

Preferred solution: 1)receive Cust Service I pd for when I made purch Incl phonecall from mgmt to discuss matter. 2)to have new lock sent to me for me to attempt to repair it. 3)If that cant be done, I'd like a more reasonable exch amt other than the $1k (incl shipping).

User's recommendation: If you are going to make a purchase @ Wolf, please understand that there is no way to actually speak with someone to remedy a situation other than emails. And believe me, that leaves a lot to be desired since they only address what they want to address.
