I hired this UNPROFESSIONAL company on July 14th, 2025 the OWNER of this company & his employees are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
- - Damages reported include walls, doors, paint, and plants.
- - Overcharged: $500 vs $325 quote; bed disassembled, risk of falling.
Pleaaase DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! All they are is #1 only trying to get paid, they DO NOT care about the item being moved, will scratch & mess up your new walls.
Doors & paint.. My washer is no longer working now that Im in my new place & they disassembled my bed & rigged it up & I almost fell on the floor getting in my bed!!! *** company with lazy workers, I also stood in the window & watched the so called lead knock over my plant break a piece & stuck it down in another one of my plants! Just horrible service!
If I could get my money back I definitely would. Then the owner was trying to move whole house downsteps instead of pulling the U-Haul to the designated moving area because he couldnt drive the truck foreal! Smh, meanwhile that was going on had to call like 5 times to make sure he knew the location is was telling him to pull up to & it still took about 20 minutes to get around there. The charge was supposed to have been $325 for 3 hrs & I stressed more than enough that I wasnt going over those 3 hrs..
Once it was over & time to pay I asked the owner how much & he said $500 like be foreal guess he was trying to charge for the 20 minutes he was messing around but I wish I would like I stated I should be compensated ALL OF MY MONIES BACK IF I KNEW HOW I DEFINITELY WOULD GO FOR IT!!!
Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE PEOPLE!!! For some reason it wouldnt let me upload all of the pics but trusts I have some & a video that would not load either!
- Washer does not work anymore only making a noise
- Broke plant
- Scratched walls
