Needed to move Balances off Non-Working Cards
- - The working card shows a balance; the 3 non-working cards have none as of 9:30 PM, and balance transfers should be immediate but are delayed.
I was advised that the balance on the card that does work, however, it did not go to plan because I dont have the balance from any of the 3 non-working cards on my active card as of 9:30 PM. I recall theres a delay in when its available however its a balance transfer and it should be an immediate availability.

- - Bus Z2 7271 was scheduled to depart SS at 7:40 am; the driver left at 7:39 for a restroom and returned at 7:55, claiming the 7:40 am departure.
Today 11/1, Z2 bus 7271 has a scheduled departure from SS at 740a; the driver pulls up at 739a and says she has to use the restroom. She returns at 755a, and I ask what time this bus is supposed to leave.
She replies 740a, but there is no law saying I cant use the restroom. Was that the same reason you didnt show up yesterday at 740a? You should know people have a set time to report for duty, WMATA may not hold you accountable for tardiness my employer would.
She says I was here, and I tell her Maam, please stop lying.
Guess what she tells me? Tomorrow I am still going to use the bathroom for 15 mins.

Racist bus riders and driver
- - S4 bus at 4:45pm crowded; my backpack touched a woman.
- - She accused me of rudeness; race-based tension followed; the driver stopped and I exited.
S4 on 16th street southbound 4:45pm got on. Bus was packed.
My backpack brushed a black woman. She proceeded to snarl and call me rude and another peer said the same thing that I was supposed to apologize. Since it was crowded it couldnt be helped and it had not hit her just brushed another standing passenger. Both women proceeded to escalate because i called them rude.
For the IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE PERSON NOT THE BEHAVIOUR. Driver pulled over while black woman began shouting i need to get off. I got off while driver was talking with another metro security. It was blatant racism and total lack of understanding instead that black woman all she wanted was more space to stand.
The metro wmata would not take my call. When i called customer service the receptionist answered then hung up.
Very lousy experience. Talk about how blacks destroy the very institutions that are supposed to help improve their lives just to get some race pie to eat.
Lost 10$ at Eisenhower station

I lost 10$ at the Eisenhower stop. The lady at the desk signed a paper that I lost 10$ and to call this number to have a 10$ credit to my card. I put in the cash without scanning the card first and it wouldn’t return the cash.
