Resolved: Customer Service Nonexistant
- - Six items missing; packing sheet didn't list them.
- - No clear customer service contact; replacement app unusable for clearance items; may lose $50.
Six items were missing when I received my order. The items were listed on the notice of shipment Whiz Kids sent me but were not on the packing sheet in the package.
The website has no way to contact customer service (assuming customer service actually exists). When I tried contacting their 'replacements' email address, I just got a canned response telling me to use their replacement app. That proved to be impossible because the items were clearance items not eligible for refund or replacement and thus not listed on the app. There seems to be no way to contact Whiz Kids to report the missing items to ask for a refund or replacements.
It is looking like I am out over $50 for items I paid for but never received. I also note the website says it can take 6-8 weeks to replace an item even when the replacement app can be used.

- No customer service when things dont go well

If you choose to order from wizkids, I would definitely want until an item is in stock. Pre orders can hold up other ready and available items for months.
In my case, one item took 10 months to be made and held up the shipping of other items I ordered.
I'm still looking for caps quartet and several others as well as promo items. The good news is that owlbear and another item arrived last week.
Some were ordered by Georgie Bethel and Patsy Olson. They were supposed to be sent to 40 Calvary court Batesville, Ar.
We think it is because of the hold on Owl Bear that is about to be released, however I would like to have the other items as soon as possible.
Please include any and all promotional gifts such as zombie unicorn and others. These items were ordered under the email of ethanmcmahan5@***.com.

Missing Items Never Sent

They failed to ship all items ordered. When I sent an email I was told it would be shipped out, but never received it.
All followup emails were ignored. Just buy a 3D printer instead of buying from here.

No answers, price will say one thing on screen then change in cart with no explanation. Absolute garbage of an e-commerce site. Try buying an off the shelf website it will be better.

Hello, Tammy Fox here. I am writing in regards to a order i placed on April 4,2024.
It was shipped on April 9, 2024 with a delivery date of April 15th. We have not received it.Wont give us any tracking information.So went to local post office today and they said it never left the original scan in Memphis Tennessee. Can i get a replacement?

Getting ripped off
- - Ordered Gargantuan Bahamut; charged immediately for item shipping in September.
- - Overcharged by $40+ vs another site for same item; no one answers.
Pre- ordered Gargantuan Bahamut and got charged almost immediately for an item not expected to ship until September (4 months away). Also get way over charged.
Over $40 more than another site selling the exact same item.
Now way to rectify as no one answers a phone or email. Last time I will order direct!

Paid for two items, wheels of vengeance werewolf play at home kit and sherlock holmes set. Was told two packages.
One would be sent as soon as released. The other next year when released.
Wheels of vengeance was released weeks ago. I see the set at the store, but not in my mail. It has not even shipped yet.
Please.remedy this.

Was told if I order more than one thing, even from separate sets, I have to wait until the last thing is available before they send anything.
Every other company would either send the items as they become available, let you know their policy, or even offer you 2 shipping charges and choice to get asap or wait. Their site only mentions you have to wait until the product is available before it is shipped.
When you order something available now, apparently they do not tell you that you have to wait until the last available item is ready before shipping. Meanwhile, you can get the same item today and often cheaper at your LCS cause they buy in bulk.
Preferred solution: My items that are available shipped asap

Need to cancel an order that has a pre-order. They changed the pre-order date to next year & both items were to be Christmas presents.
I wanted order cancelled & refunded so I can place 2 separate orders & get the one item in time for Christmas. Left email on 10/06, it's not 10/12 & not response. I found a phone number & called but you can't talk to a person so had to leave a message.
Starting to wonder about this company & may have to call my cc company to open a dispute & just for get about buying from them. Saw other reviews about bad customer service after I made the phone call.
