In October of this year I was trying to purchase a Kona, Hyundai from Withnell Hyundai Salem Or I was told that would get what I wanted but it was in Portland, meanwhile they had me sign all the paper work, this was a Sunday. I did not leave my car with them nor would I have. When I got back home I took my time and read the papers that they had me sign. Never in a million years would I accept the car once it was in Salem, I was told lies by the sale's person he said he was the fleet manager and I can trust him. But get this I didn't even get the sale price. He had worked there for maybe 5 or 6 months. Lie so far that is 2 Lies. He added some insurance that I never needed because my Auto Insurance has the same thing. I called the dealer and told them I would not be getting the Kona, and then spoke with the sale's person and he asked me what should the sale price have been???? By time I was exausted and no way would I ever do any business with this group. To day I found out that this car that I never saw was on my credit, not good at all and I am trying to buy a home this must be taken off, please I am 74 years and I do believe that there is a time frame to change your mind. Ok then get this they sold that car....but have me owing on it. Very bad deal for me. I hope and pray that someone will help me and fix this problem soon very soon I have to much to loose and also I think I should be comsentated for the entire problem yes damages have been done to me and cost me my credit rating. 100 points I was at 832 not any more this will cost me interest rate increase on my home purchase. Today I did speak with Bill Howard Salem Hyundai Office Contract manager he said sorry but there was noting he could do, then he changed when I told I am also going to file a complaint about him. Never should a person sign for a car without even seeing it or driving. Being a woman who's husband died January 31 two years ago his death is coming up again. I have no one to depend on and when someone tells you to trust them, I did. My Mistake shame of the me and this dealship....I want my credit restored to what it was My address 1062 Chestnut Independence Oregon, I have to sell my home and move to Salem due to health problems as it I have to wear and medical alert necklace 24/7 All of my doctors are in Salem and so is the hospital, Independence has no doctors
