Do not honor warranty
If you want ripped off, use them for warranty repair. I had a dishwasher that was a MONTH old. The pump quit working. The pump was under warranty - BUT he changed a waterline also (that did not need changed) so he could charge for a service call. What a bunch of ***. I was charged for the waterline and trip charge (which was outrageous). I emailed and sent a note when I paid the bill. Have not heard a response back (imagine that) I guess they know they are crooks. I will not do business with them again or recommend them.
