SCAM-LIKE TACTICS. RUN.

If Wishpond or anyone from their team approaches you run in the opposite direction and block them.

I was sold a lead generation campaign that sounded promising, but the moment they got paid, everything fell apart.

No support, no transparency, and absolutely no professionalism. They left my website broken, deactivated the campaign without warning, locked me out, and ghosted me completely.

I called, texted, emailed nothing. The person who onboarded me vanished. I couldnt even access my own campaign.

I had leads signing up, and I still dont know where that data went.

This company is not just unprofessional its borderline predatory. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away.

I will be pursuing a chargeback and reporting them to every platform possible.

Untrustworthy and Unethical Company

I have been a dedicated and loyal employee at Wishpond for nearly 3 years. My reason for resigning was entirely due to compensation irregularities.

To further prove my point, they have now reneged on paying the commissions still owed to me. As per British Columbia Legislation > Employer must pay all wages, commissions owing to an employee within 6 days after the employee's last day of work when an employee quits. This company is profoundly unethical towards its employees.

If this is how they handle internal matters, their customer service is likely just as bad. Do not recommend.

They kept charging me after they cancelled my subscription for 7 months. They won't talk to me

They are dishonest.
