I placed an order14 June 2023 got hit for $9.95 for express shipping. According to the wishbot it is still being processed today 23 July.
1 July I got a msg the seller(meria) was on vacation.
I've sent msgs and gotten no response from meria or wish. Obviously they don't understand what customer svc means.

With 2 items that i havent gotten yet and the amounts they charged me for it, doesn't make any sense. I would like to have some explanation.
So far they charged me $82.35 for the hats and never received the hats, I told them to send me the hats if not returned the money to the bank. Then they sent me lawyers name to Deal with them, I'm French, I don't understand what they're saying so I told them I wouldn't Deal with them. AGAIN please do something I'm fed up. I tried with the support services never received any answer, try to call them they told me tried support services, but no service.
I would like to have a good answer, otherwise I will have to do something else. Please send me the hats OR returned the money to the bank. Till now I was very happy and satisfied with WISH.

Never received my items I ordered more then a year ago
I never yet received my items I ordered on Oct.-26-2020, and items I ordered on Oct.-27-2020, I ordered these items more than a year ago, I either want these paid for items sent to me, or the money put back into my credit card account

I had to reset my Gmail my new Gmail is Jennifer Farris Trader 1981 at gmail.com and I had ordered $100 worth of items a month-and-a-half ago and I have no way to track or trace my items to find out where in the *** they went to so if I do not get my items within the next week I am want a full refund
