On January 23, 2026 I noticed on my Netspend card that Wisey took five transactions out totaling $32. I do not even know what this is. I want a full right hand, please.

On January 23, 2026 wisey took money off of my card $32 and I dont even know what this is for. I talked to an agent through chat and she was going to charge me another five dollars to get my money back now.

If you call you get a recorded message stating that they will call you back in 10 minutes but they never do. If you email their support you get glib responses that are not at all pertinent to your email letter. They are an opportunistic scam company `
I ordered just the one thing, and they immediately, after having my card info, added another charge and probably would have added more if I did not immediately go to my bank app and place a hold on my card. They don't answer any phone calls, and if they should respond to an email, they are glib with their response.
Just to be safe, I canceled the card and had my bank send me another.
It is unconscionable that they get away with this crap.

Worksheets are extra. Impossible to contact by phone.
Huge false advertising. Went to the doctor yesterday and showed my ADHD score from them to him and he said it's inaccurate and my ADHD is very mild.
